Project Overview

Tofaa is a branded eCommerce platform created for an FMCG food brand. The goal was to design a clean, clear, and commercially effective online store where the product and brand take center stage, and the path to purchase feels natural and effortless.

The project was built as a direct-to-consumer platform with minimal visual noise, focused on trust, product value, and everyday usability.

Objective Solution The platform is built on a custom WordPress architecture with WooCommerce used as infrastructure rather than a visual framework. Core shop templates were overridden at the theme level to achieve full control over structure, behavior, and scalability. Design, content, and logic were aligned around the product itself — not standard eCommerce patterns. Project Highlights Minimalist DTC Approach The site is designed as an extension of the brand, not a catalog. Fewer elements, clearer focus, stronger product presence. Custom WooCommerce Logic Catalog and product templates were customized at the theme level, providing flexibility, clean code, and future scalability. Content as Part of UX Copy is integrated into the user journey, supporting purchase decisions without interrupting the flow. Calm Purchase Experience No aggressive CTAs, timers, or pop-ups. The buying process feels intentional and comfortable. Commercially Ready The platform includes shipping, payments, and legal pages — fully prepared for real-world sales. Result Summary Tofaa demonstrates how WooCommerce can function as a flexible infrastructure for branded eCommerce rather than a restrictive template. The project combines thoughtful UX, controlled architecture, and real commercial readiness.
